Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
Return & Exchange Policy
WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER IS ALLOWED.
Exchange requests received after 7 days of delivery of product WOULD NOT be entertained. The product/s should be in its/their original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received by the customer.
In case any customer is not satisfied with our product/s, we can provide the customer with an option to exchange the product or offer credit in customer’s wallet on our website that will be auto-deducted from final payable amount of any future order on our WEB-STORE.
We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
Sale items (if applicable)
All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-acceptance of COD Orders
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future.
In genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list.
Important – Exchange/Return courier to our facility shall be managed by the customer. Customer needs to send back the product/s to RETURN ADDRESS mentioned at the bottom of the packing slip of the order. Please use a pocket friendly courier service to send the product/s back. Please update us with the courier receipt as soon as you dispatch the product back for tracking purpose.
